This is an excellent recipe. Used olive oil and sea salt vs reg salt and veg oil. Sounds like a hit.I bought the bread crumbs hoping to find a recipe like this. What about using Panko rice crumbs. I keep my unused crumbs in an airtight Ziploc freezer bag and store them in the freezer. I'm Lisa.
