Book Review: Beverly Cleary’s Beezus and Ramona – KD Did It EditsI received this book for free from the library in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review. First in the Ramona Quimby middle-grade readers fiction series and revolving around a misbehaving younger child. I wanted to smack her! And one point that struck me was that it is important to try and spread the compliments amongst all the kids!

Beezus and her friend, Henry, have to figure out how to get Ramona out of a locked bathroom, when all they would really like to do is play a quiet game of checkers. When Ramona hides in the basement and ruins a whole basket of apples by taking one bite out of each one, who ends up helping their mom make applesauce with all those ruined apples? Beezus, of course.
